The 100% whole wheat recipe uses 30% less sugar than the white cinnamon bun recipe, but they still taste great!

I do not use preservatives or chemicals in my baking. Because of this, each tray of cinnamon buns is frozen shortly after baking to maintain freshness. These freeze great!
